Silka Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

Pretty good location, not far from Shatin shopping areas and with some restaurants and shops around. Bed was comfortable enough and the shower (especially the pressure) was excellent.

Our recent stay at Silka Tsuen Wan was a delightful surprise. The room, though compact, was impeccably clean and perfect for couples. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to international tastes, even for our little ones. The hotel's strategic location in the heart of the city, coupled with convenient shuttle services to the MTR station and bus stand, made exploring Hong Kong a breeze.

The room was a bit smaller than other places I've stayed but not too small and very cozy and clean. Very nice interior and the shower was powerful. They let me have a room with a balcony so that was amazing! Polite staff and.... several hours after I checked out I realised I left my wallet behind with some cash inside. I called them and they said they found my wallet so I went back and collected it. Very honest people. Nice rooftop terrace garden. Also a free shuttle to and fro Kwai Fong MTR

Although, initially there was a mix up with regard to my reservation, the reservations staff did their best to rectify the situation. And this is what matters most to me, not the absence of hitches but the quick action to put everything in order
